The best area to stay in Szarocin is in the countryside surrounding the village, particularly in the vicinity of the Lake Leśna and the Kwisa River.

This region is characterised by rolling hills, dense forests, and clear waters, offering a peaceful retreat. Properties here are often larger, providing more space and privacy, with many featuring gardens or direct access to nature trails. The focus is on relaxation and outdoor activities, away from any urban hustle.

Couples looking for a tranquil escape will find this area ideal. You can enjoy long walks or cycling through the picturesque landscape, visit the historic Czocha Castle nearby, or simply relax by the lake. Many accommodations offer amenities like private hot tubs or fire pits, great for a romantic evening under the stars.

Families will also appreciate the space and natural environment. Children can explore the forests, enjoy swimming or kayaking in Lake Leśna, and there's ample room for outdoor games.

The best time to go to Szarocin is during the late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) months.

These periods offer pleasant weather conditions, with comfortable temperatures and less rainfall, making them ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The landscapes are particularly appealing during these times, whether it's the fresh greenery of spring or the rich colours of autumn.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking or cycling, these months provide the great climate without the intense heat of summer or the chill of winter. It's a great time for couples or solo travellers looking for a peaceful escape and to appreciate the region's scenery.

Summer (July-August) can also be a good option, especially for families. While it's the warmest period, it's also the busiest.
