  • Great place for a weekend outside of the city. You need to go to Karpacz, which is a small mountain city next to Jelenia Gora. Then you can take a ski-lift (operating entire year), which will take you almost to the top. Then you need to go up-the-hill for about 45 minutes and you can enjoy such views yourself! I really recommend this to all who happen to be over the weekend in Wroclaw, Poland and want to see something more than just the city.

Clean, spacious rooms and great breakfast

Spacious and clean room. Needs a shower enclosure on the tub in the bathroom. Beautiful view from our room. Awesome breakfast. Staff was friendly and speak English very well. Go to the old historic pub on the corner, Hospoda Na Peci. It's awesome!

Highly appreciated rest

Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and pleasant, with a courteous and helpful staff and a wonderful spa. While spa services were not included in the price, this was not a significant issue due to the relatively low number of guests. The restaurant food was satisfactory, though not outstanding.

Friendly staff in a very modern hotel. Perfekt wellness and delicoius restaurant. Just little things could be optimized. Water and coffee at the room were not replaced by room service and we had a damaged toilet brush.

Overall nice let down by spa

Clean and comfortable overall. At check in we were told the spa closes at 10pm and this is also written everywhere. We got dressed for the spa and went there at 8:50pm only for he woman there to tell us she’d had enough for the day and was closing up. Pretty disappointing as we wanted to relax after a days walking in the mountains.

Design of the hotel is nice and feels comfortable. Locate in city center with ski bus stop in front of the hotel. There are few things to be improved - beds are too soft, room was too hot during night even when you switch off heating. Min is 20.5... maybe softer blanket would help. Unable to open window so only opportunity is to open terasse door. Breakfast has good selection, during peaks is slower in refilling. Wellness and parking is paid extra and needs to be reserved separately.

Rundherum ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Entsprechend hervorragend war der Service. Den privaten Ski Bus haben wir gern genutzt.

Die Parkplatzsituation hat das Fass zum überlaufen gebracht! Es wird ein Tagessatz in Rechnung gestellt und dann wurde am Check-out verlangt, das Parkhaus sofort zu verlassen und man hat nicht mit sich reden lassen. Wir mussten den vollen Tagessatz bezahlen.

Ein wunderbares neues Hotel in zentraler Lage mit einem hervorragendem Restaurant. Am Frühstück gab es nichts auszusetzen, es war sehr lecker. Tiefgaragenparkplätze waren gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Wir können das Hotel ausnahmslos empfehlen.

Wir haben einen 3-tägigen Kurzurlaub im Grand Hotel Hradec verbracht. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, ich habe noch nie einen Urlaub in so einem sauberen Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer absolut hochwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad einfach wow. Das Bett super bequem, die Bar reichlich gefüllt und der Balkon und die Terrasse mit einem super Ausblick. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher mit Netflix und YouTube. Ein Wasserkocher mit Tee steht ebenso bereit. Beim einchecken gab es gleich einen Begrüßungssekt und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage welche ca. 17€/Tag kostet wurde mir zugewiesen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, von Tee, Saft, Kaffee, Wein, warme und kalte Speisen ist alles dabei was das Herz begehrt. Das Restaurant ist schon eine Klasse für sich, schon ein wenig teurer aber immer noch sehr human und bedeutend günstiger als bei uns ist Deutschland und super lecker. Den Wellnessbereich kann ich nicht beurteilen da wir diesen nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!!!
