You can enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside and the hospitality of local guesthouses, many of which offer home-cooked meals using local produce.

Families will also find the village centre suitable, as the calm environment is superb for children. There are open spaces to explore, and the lack of busy traffic makes it comfortable for walks.

The best time to visit Szágy is during the late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) when the weather is mild and pleasant.
