"We booked the Vulkan Wellness Panzio Hotel and arrived at 3.55pm. We were told there was a receptionist until 8 pm but no one was there. There was a notice on the door to ring. We phoned the number and were told no room was alocated to us but we had been given a room in the sister hotel. It took us some time and a number of phone calls and an email to the same person to gain the address of this second hotel due to language barriers. We arrived to thishotel and a young male receptionist told us...

"A középkori témát szerintem kicsit túlzásba vitték, nem jó ötlet vidámparkká alakítani egy ilyen patinás épületeggyüttest, még ha törekednek is az igényességre. A gipszkarton falak nem szigetelik túl jól a hangot, de a környezet és a vendégek többsége csendes, úgyhogy lehet pihenni. Sok extra szolgáltatást nyújtanak."

"The hotel is pretty run down, need a a lot of maintenance. The carpet in the room was dirty, the mattresses on the bed were worn and you sunk in them when laid in the bed. Towels were small. The bathroom was clean but one of the doors was missing from the shower cubicle and there was a piece of shower curtain hanging to replace the door. Breakfast was OK. There’s a lot to be desired for the price we paid for this room. "
