"Staff working the restaurant left a bad taste for us, Overall the rooms were nice, and the shuttle to the airport was nice -- but do not plan on eating here. There really aren't many other options close by for dinner so it made things pretty incontinent."

"I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times and this stay was a disappointment. In my room, the bathroom sink drained incredibly slowly. My TV only received a signal from one station. On the morning of my departure, housekeeping arrived before 9 am, knocked once and without waiting opened the door. Since checkout is 11 am I was surprised that housekeeping would let themselves in so early. I also never received a receipt for my stay. At the bar service was so slow I had to flag down a staff person twice to get a drink. A disappointing stay!"
