"There are five split-system reverse cycle air conditioners in the property, but only two were working! I can’t imagine how unbearable it would be in the summer. When we stayed, the place was absolutely freezing. The main bathroom had multiple issues: the cold water tap wasn’t working and had been tightly screwed shut by the host. "Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. Rest of staff were very pleasant. "
