The house is a contemporary solar passive design, blending sandstone, slate, and timber to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Tucked away down a private drive, Sydney View is completely hidden from the road and neighbouring properties, offering the ultimate in privacy. The loft-style master bedroom sits beneath vaulted ceilings supported by sandstone walls, featuring an ensuite with a bath and built-in robe. Adjoining the slate-floored lounge room, warmed by a slow combustion fireplace, is a second king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. The sunroom provides an additional sleeping space with two single day beds that can be configured as a king bed on request. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding bushland, creating a seamless connection between the indoors and outdoors.
