Summary:
Our top floor North Bondi apartment is perfectly positioned 300m to Bondi Beach's North end. Recently refurbished to a high spec, our apartment is set in a private, boutique block of six. Enjoy the north eastern aspect through the concertina windows in the living room or the period bay windows in the bedroom that allow light to flood in.
With soaring high ceilings, bespoke cabinetry throughout and a designer rustic chic bathroom and kitchen you will truly appreciate coastal living here

The Space:
Staying in the heart of North Bondi will mean you are moments away to fantastic local eateries, with cafes, restaurants, take away, a grover and more at your doorstep.
Inside the apartment you will be living in a sun filled apartment that takes full advantage of the coastal breezes. The patio is a delightful spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun and the concertina windows opened create a wonderful vibrant coastal space.
The apartment is tastefully decorated with quality goods as it is our home over some of the summer months!
There is a communal laundry with a washing machine provided and the surrounding streets are all 24hr all day parking spots, however these are first in best dressed!

Great option in North Bondi

Visited Sydney for the first time with my fiancé and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay.

Great location

Very nice place for a getaway. Very easy to get to by public transport. Very close to Bondi beach. No TV, which was awesome!

Tolle Lage, aber laut, teuer und schlechter Support

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah am Bondi-Beach, was sicher den hohen Preis (dafür gibt es woanders ein 5-Sterne-Hotel) erklärt.Allerdings könnte der Support deutlich besser sein:Trotz expliziter vorheriger Nachfrage funktionierte das WLAN zunächst nicht - gerade am Anfang unseres Aufenthaltes in Australien ( ohne SIM-Card) wäre das aber wichtig gewesen.Trotz expliziter vorheriger Nachfrage gab es keine Telefonnummer für Notfälle - so ließ sich das WLAN-Problem auch nicht zeitnah lösen.Auch die Kommunikation per Mail/App ist komplizierter als bei anderen Anbietern.(schließlich wurde ein anderer Zugang gemailt - wohl der der Nachbarwohnung).Die Wohnung liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße (stand nicht im Angebot) und hat sehr schlecht isolierte Fenster.Zudem liegt zur Zeit eine große Baustelle (Neubau?) direkt gegenüber.Es gab pro Person nur 1 Handtuch für die ganze Woche, auch auf Nachfrage nicht mehr.Der halbe Preis wäre für das Angebot angemessener gewesen.
