Stylish modern apartment in Bondi Beach

  • Slide open a wall of glass doors and let fresh air pour in from a spacious shaded terrace. The open-plan living space is modern and airy, with modern kitchen and laundry. Walls are filled with art inspired by the beach. And the beach is a short stroll away.

    - Fully equipped kitchen with stone bench top, full fridge and gas cooktop
    - Internal laundry
    - Miele appliances (Miele cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer)
    - Nespresso coffee machine
    - AC in living area and main bedroom
    - Ceiling fans in all rooms
    - Built in robes in every room
    - Living area has a flat screen TV and internet wifi access
    - Sheridan linen and towels
    - Bathrooms are modern, rain head showers
    - All beds have Koala mattresses
    Other things to note..
    - Street parking available. Some spots are free 24/7 and of course these spots go quick. Otherwise it's 2 hours free between 8am-10pm.
    - Baby items. Option for bath bath, portacot and high chair. Bookings are essential. No additional cost.
    - Mid stay cleans. Required for stays 21 days or longer, additional costs apply.

    The entire apartment is for your exclusive use.

    It's on level 1 of the complex so access is easy, up one flight of stairs.

We enjoyed our holiday stay in this apartment. The rooms and accommodations were nice. It was a bonus to have a washer & dryer. Very comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend this property. Ana was very kind and helpful.

Amazing location and great apartment

Anna the property manager was extremely helpful and available if there was any need. The apartment was in a great location, easy walk to coffee shops, supermarkets, and Bondi Beach. The only difficulty was access to 24 hour parking but this is a Bondi phenomenon and generally solvable. The experience was really good and we’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Pleasure to use this apartment as “our home” while in Sydney for a family wedding. Great to be in a place where everything worked, including the broadband needs of four adults!
