The location is great, 1 block from the beach. There is no A/C. Ok for most days with a cool ocean breeze. Had a record hot spell for 2days, 85F and so a little warm at night

We waited 2 hours before we could get into our room as I didn’t receive the codes need to enter the premises or our room. It wasn’t flash but was clean & comfortable. The Manager was very accommodating & helpful in settling us into our room once we eventually gained access. There wasn’t any toilet paper available so we had to provide our own. Excellent location, limited timed parking is a bit annoying but we were lucky enough to get a free park out the front or just around the corner.

Made to feel like an inconvenience not a guest

Staff were not friendly or welcoming and we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. My mate went to ask about a parking permit Saturday morning and was greeted with 'Is it a quick question' on entry to office. Not even a 'Good Morning' to accompany it. Understand it's not the Hilton but some customer service wouldn't go astray.

Room was clean. As there was availability, the property manager kindly upgraded me from a single to double room. But for $220 for one night I would have expected an ensuite. The view of the petrol station was noisy. Might search harder for another next time

Very disappointed with customer service. It was advertised that our room had a private bathroom and got here and there was no private bathroom- it was shared. We paid extra for the private. There was no one on reception due it covid but this was not advertised on any of the booking information.

It’s in a good position though parking is difficult. We had to move the car every two hours from 8am. Room is tiny. There were no blankets just a sheet and light cover so we had to keep the heater on all night as it’s the middle of winter. Ok for a quick overnight overall. Like a youth hostel.

Bien placé et agréable

Nous sommes arrivés après les horaires d’ouverture de l’accueil et le système mis en place pour récupérer les clefs de la chambre et top !! Un petit message au numéro affiché et une personne vous répond rapidement avec toutes les explications !!! Les salles de bain sont très propres, le lieu est agréable, les chambres sont bien équipé. Juste nos draps n’étaient pas très propres.... heureusement nous avions nos duvets. Mais c’est quand même une super auberge de jeunesse !!! Bien placé aussi

This accommodation may be listed as a guest house, but it's a youth hostel full of backpackers/communal room and kitchen full of 18-year olds from the UK and Europe. If that's your thing, go ahead and book. If you want to stay in an actual guest house, I'd recommend booking somewhere else.

Great location and clean rooms

The area is fantastic and the location is great, really close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The rooms are quite small though and you need to jump to get on/off the bed. Very clean, the communal kitchen was a plus for us.

Great but could be amazing

Great location and a nice feel to the place, with a few changes could be amazing! 1. rooms were tidy and comfortable but needed a deep clean as quite dusty 2. Air con needed as some rooms were far too hot 3. Bins in kitchen are too small so fill up very quickly with all the guests and have swarms of flies around them. 4. More staff needed! Jasmyn was amazing but literally didn't stop all day and seemed to be in charge of guests requests, bookings, front office, cleaning and managing the phones. 5. Lots of unnecessary extra charges. We stayed for just under a week and if we wanted our bed changed during this time, or a new towel, there was a large charge. Also checking in between 12-2 was extra, as was checking in past 5. We were quite shocked by all of this as we're used to paying a lot less money for hostels which try to accommodate all of the above and usually with no extra charge at all.

Fantastic clean n fresh vibe, super close to beach & just a short walk to Manly Corso with many bars n restaurants...highly recommend this property which is more than 2 star should be 3 star rated

ロケーションは良し

海に近くロケーションは良いです。チェックインもスムーズ。 ベットはギシギシ軋む二段のパイプベッドですが、 枕カバーもシーツもフレッシュな状態です。 日中は部屋にエアコンがない為部屋はサウナ状態。 前の人のおじさん臭が気になりました。 カーペットには、細かいゴミが。清潔とは言えません。 三日間滞在しましたが、その間、一度も部屋の掃除、タオルやシーツ類の交換はなし。 セイフティーボックス完備とありますが、部屋にセイフティボックスはありませんでした。 Wi-Fi無料とありますが、チェックイン時にWi-Fiのパスワードを聞くのを忘れ、 後で聞こうと思いましたが、殆どの時間宿に人がない為、事実上使用できませんでした。 チェックインからその日の夜までは何故か部屋の電源が使用できなく 同様に人がいない為、解決不可。（夜以降は使えるようになりました） これらはお願いすることができれば、ある程度改善できる可能性もありますが、 逆に言えば、デフォルトがこの状態だということです。 バス・トイレ共同で、1泊約9000円と決して安くない価格ですが、 それをどう考えるかだと思います。
