Come and relax with a glass of wine on the deck, or chill out on the hammock underneath the red maple leaves. Enjoy a coffee in the morning sun on the deck, with the sound of trickling water from the Koi pond.

Located in a safe friendly family suburb of Prestons, 38km south-west of the Sydney Central Business District, the house have easy access to Sydney CBD and all of its attractions via M4, M5, M7 motorway highway.

The house provides the most economical option as a good base to see and explore Sydney and its surrounds, with countless attractions it offers.

PERFECT ACCOMMODATION FOR LARGE GROUP, FAMILY & CORPORATE BOOKINGS.

The home is very spacious, well suited for couples, families, larger groups and business stays.

This contemporary home offers split air conditioning/ heating in each room, and can accommodate up to 10 people with:
- 3 Luxurious King size beds
- 1 luxurious queen bed
- 1 King single bed
- 2 sofa beds
- King sofa

The large main bedroom includes an ensuite with separate shower/toilet while the main bathroom has a separate shower, bathtub & seperate toilet and an additional separate toilet with basin downstairs.

The large modern kitchen is fully equipped with a 9 grill designer Smeg stove, oven, grill, microwave, large fridge, high end Miele dishwasher and modern cooking appliances. All plates, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided.

Cook your meals 3 times a day and entertain as if you were in your own home. Save time and money on dining out or paying high prices charged normally in hotels and restaurants.

The large fully equipped laundry includes Miele washing machine and dryer, iron and an ironing board.

FOR THE HYGIENE AND COMFORT OF OUR GUESTS, ALL OUR LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED.

We offer ongoing weekly cleans at a discounted rate of $500 if required. Please confirm prior to booking.

Security and privacy are offered with up to 4 car off street parking in a quiet family friendly neighbourhood and security alarm system.

The STANDARD rate advertised is based on a maximum of 4 people over a period of 7 days or more during off peak or non-special event dates. Enquiries for accommodation less than 7 days or that fall during peak season or special events will be quoted based on availability & the number of guests requested.

The property is for accommodation purposes only, no functions, gatherings or events are to be held at any time. The number of people at the property cannot exceed maximum capacity advertised. If you have questions regarding this, please confirm with Bui Property prior to booking.

A pre-authorised refundable security deposit is required on the day of check in. As there is no Management on site, Credit card details must be supplied for this purpose when requested. Provided there no additional charges/fees have been incurred, the bond is released by your bank within five (5) business days following your stay. Deductions may be made for the repair or replacement of damaged, lost or stolen property; excessive cleaning fees and lost keys.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid.

Cancellation made 30 or more days prior to arrival will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation/cancellation fee to cover the loss of booking income and administration.

Special Events or Peak Season bookings - Cancellation made less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit the total monies paid. Any cancellations made after 1 week of booking will incur a minimum of 1 nights' accommodation-cancellation fee to cover loss of booking income and administration.
