Amazing place to stay. Not the cleanest or best rooms but that’s to be expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend the ghost tour. I wish the food was better. We ate at the Bella vista cafe instead.

This historic property is a gem. So quiet and peaceful with great friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and you may see a possum or bandicoot!

Room did not have aircon , air inside was stuffy and it was not possible to keep windows open. Room was not cleaned as you would expect. The furnished balcony is not private but it is only a common corridor with other guests walking up and down; there is no privacy as your bedroom is just in front of the glass door on the corridor (the same is for the toilet, you need to keep the curtains closed all the time) . It felt as being in a 2 stars Hotel. Staff at reception was friendly and helpful.
