Do not stay here if you plan on relaxing by the pool with a cocktail. There is sun at the pool for about an hour a day in the morning. The bar is not open. The rooms are nice if you have the larger sized one. The hotel in general needs a makeover as its very tired looking

Check in with Emily was seamless and she was able to accommodate my request for a slightly earlier check in, which was really appreciated as I just wanted to rest that late morning/ early afternoon. The room that very spacious and modern. We were concerned about traffic noice but we actually had a good night sleep without being bothered by the traffic noice outside. The lobby is really grand and everything is well maintained. Close to all shopping and trains at Town Hall station. Plenty of places to eat around the area, if opting not to dine in. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was excellent.
