You’ll love this apartment being just a short stroll to beautiful Ramsgate Beach and walking/bicycle path, handy shopping village with Coles, specialty shops, cafe's, restaurants and local RSL club.
15 min drive to the airport and 25 min to the CBD.
Ground level with two bedrooms, one with queen bed, another with trundle bed which converts to two single beds, or double bed, living/dining area with smart tv, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, kitchen with all the cooking/dining essentials you'll need.

Private access into a lovely open plan living/dining area with polished timber flooring, lots of natural light, air conditioning, and ceiling fan.

The nearby beaches (approx. 5 mins walk) are great for swimming, snorkeling, kite surfing, fishing (species caught include bream, whiting, flathead, trevalli and the odd kingfish! or you can just relax in the sun.
