The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.

- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.
- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.
- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied
- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

- Do not jump on the bed or sofa
- Please enter and leave quietly, we respect our neighbors and want everyone have a comfortable living environment.
- Please keep the kitchen and dinning area clean after your cooking or eating.
- Please move back the furniture if you moved.
- Please Check out on time and make our housekeepers life easier.
- Please Do not wipe your makeup with towels, sometimes it ruins the towels permanently.
- Extra linen is prepared upon requested at extra $45
- Please take the property key with you all the time. LOST KEY/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will be from AU$180. Emergency locksmith - cost will go for guest PLUS AU$180.
-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.
- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.

Needs Maintenance

Lovely view, nice area BUT the room stunk like a dirty Indian kitchen, although the instructions from the agent said no Indian cooking, the shower had mould in the grout, toilet leaked constantly like a tap running, oh did I mention how bad it smells. I would suggest cleaning the place properly not just wiping/ smearing. Maybe clean carpet to get rid of smell. We booked for 2 nights only stayed 1… Beautiful spot - lazy cleaning and maintenance
