Property was ok not the best it was disappointing because looking at the pictures the hotel seems more bigger and more amenities in the room but everything is just cramp up for example you have a cup and saucer and kettle inside the cupboard with the ironing board and iron not hygiene at all but other than that the staff is good and friendly

This property was an extreme disappointed. Upon checking into my first room, I immediately noticed a large amount of thick dust covering the walls, air condition vent and even along the top of the closet ( it was an open closet design). I called the front desk to voice my concern and after speaking with the manager they offered to show us some other rooms. We decided to take the first room they showed us, at a quick glance it appeared much cleaner than the previous one. After unpacking we noticed a very similar issue. There was dust along the walls, one of the window shades was broken, and dust in the bathroom along a wooden panel. The new room was handicap accessible so it was a bit larger than their standard room. The handicap accessible bathroom definitely needed some TLC, the shower curtain needed to be changed out, there was clearly signs of mold and yellow discoloration on the bottom ( it dragged on the floor so much, my husband had to flip it over the rack at night to dry... needless to say we were disgusted by it). The water from the shower would also get all over the bathroom floor which was leading to a build up of grim and mold behind the toilet. I fully understand the bathroom needs to be designed a specific way to ensure it is handicap accessible however, if the shower is designed in such a way, much closer attention needs to be drawn to the cleanliness of the surrounding surfaces. The upside to the stay was the breakfast was great and it was a good location.

Staff were excellent, room cleaned every day, great simple breakfast for $5, good position for darling harbour and shopping, Pitt St only 10min walk. Only down side was bathroom got very steamy and fan appeared not to work but staff came within 5 minutes to look at the problem. Very small window so not really able to see outside. Once again, staff were excellent, thank you Ibis staff
