Great stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly from arriving, finding parking, checking out + great area near entrance of hotel to work from.
Good spot to access centre city and Barangaroo.
Excellent location. Near to trains ,ferries so can easily get around the city .
Staff were so helpful and friendly. We arrived after an early flight so around 11 and we were able to get into our room which was a great help , it's so easy to get to hotel from the airport , get the train to Wynard station and it's only a 5 minute walk to hotel .Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were great decent size . We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
Small room, bed was small and hard. Was ok to get your head down but on our trip has been the worst hotel so far which was a shame.
Location was good and it was clean.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The rooms were basic, but clean, and as described. Probably better for a solo or business traveller as there was limited space for luggage and to unpack clothing.
The breakfast offering was very good - an a la carte menu offering. The location was well connected to all the key sights of Sydney.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Staff were very welcoming, location is great, however its pretty noisy. Biggest issue was cold water running
This hotel was handy to a transit station and the harbour front. The staff were polite and attentive.
Even though they have tried hard to block out the street noise, it was still somewhat noisy in the room.
The staff at reception were extremely helpful and kind to me, answering all of my questions amazingly. Would happily stay here again just because of them!
The staff are just incredible here, thanks so much for all your help with my delivery and stay. A great centrally-located hotel with more than you'd expect for what you pay for. A nice lounge area with power and sparkling water is fantastic, and great coffee. Also, not Ibis itself, but the Italian sandwich place next door is unreal. 10/10.
Despite being located right by a highway, I never heard a single vehicle drive by. The location is ideal for walking to most tourists spots and the nearest station was not too far away making it a viable option to go to and from the airport.
Nothing especially unique but very conveniently located in Bangaroo for what we had planned. Nice little cafe and great front desk/ cafe staff. Negative had to ask for replenishment of coffee/milk after servicing of room and no specific hand towel or tea towel.
Location was great and staff were excellent, unfortunately the air con did not cool the room and the shower was so small you could not bend over to reach your toes.
