"Dinner was EXCELLENT! Room was clean, but a slight order. Check in/out was easy and staff were very professional and friendly. Smiling goes a long way. I did not like the extra cost for daily parking - had not figured that into my budget. Overall, I would stay again and recommend to others."

"Front desk clerk "Justin" was a sweetheart and very helpful, also "Angel" was very nice, and helpful, and went out of his way to help us. The housekeeper's didn't appear to speak English...and couldn't tell us where a working ice machine was. The pool had a over whelming smell of bleach and covered with weird bubbles...did not go into the pool at all. Beds were extremely comfy. The front lobby is very pretty. We would stay there again."

"We chose to stay here because of the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to them. Both receptionists were polite, courteous, and welcoming. They made sure I was assigned a first-floor room, which I really appreciated. When I checked in, I commented that I hoped the room would meet my standards. To my surprise, the receptionist personally walked with me to the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. That level of customer service meant a lot. When we realized the TV remote was missing, the staff immediately went above and beyond to get us a working replacement. They were extremely apologetic, handled the situation without hesitation, and did so with a positive attitude. The excellent customer service and willingness to go the extra mile made our stay a great experience. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it!"
