General Rules

No parties or events allowed

No smoking inside the house

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight

Respect check-in and check-out times

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Cleanliness & Care

Please remove shoes before walking on carpeted areas

Keep the house tidy during your stay

Place all used towels in the basket or bathtub before check-out

Do not wash bed linen yourself. If there's any accident (e.g., bedwetting), please keep the affected linen separate and inform us

Security

Lock only the doors when leaving the property; do not lock the windows

Return the key to the key box at check-out (if applicable)

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval and after the pet fee is paid

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

Please clean up after your pet

Pet fee is $75 per stay unless already paid during booking

Parking

Parking is available on the street side

Please do not block any driveways and park considerately

Game Equipment (if available)

Use all game equipment respectfully

Children should not misuse pool cues or other equipment

Return all items to their proper place after use
