Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Location of key information email / text was never sent. Spent 2 hours on the phone to several countries to try and resolve before I gave up and booked accommodation somewhere else at 9pm at night. Will never use this service again.
Stayed 3 nights in Nov 2025
