Good clean basic accomm. Picture from the wall was in the cupboard, with velcro strips left on the wall. The booking process (via expedia) didnt auto issue the id proof pre required before check in... i had to chase it by phone call and nessenger cobtact with onsite staff Nor was the $100 bond deposit made clear when i paid in full in advance.... on arrival i needed to attend to that. So gold star for the auburn apartment but not so much the expedia process. Short walk to auburn station. Tiny walk to a parramatta bus. Perfect for what i needed. 3 night stay for a westmead conference.

The property is brand new, It is one of the cleanest properties in Sydney. The girl who handles bookings is extremely nice and caring. It is a family run business and you get that personal attention. I stayed there for 1 month and recommend it on all levels.

I was blown away, beautiful host beautiful rooms and undercover parking additional which wasn't as expensive as some. Low deposit and refunded within 12 hours. Bathroom, kitchen, laundry and balcony for a great price. Could not recommend this place more. It will be our go to everytime we visit Sydney. Thankyou for having us

Staff reception did not listen to me. Was preoccupied. It is a new premises with a few minor issues. We were not informed that an additional deposit was required, no tissues supplied, no milk available. The mattress was exceptional.

Aurburn studio was a okay place to stay for a couple of nights.Although we did find that it wasn't the cleanest that we have stayed at. It was lacking very basic items like only one towel rail come on there's two people staying. no face washer, no tv, no dish cloth, no hand towels, no tea towel. It has a induction cooktop with no pots or pans.the supplied coffee and sugar was about enough for 2 cups total.and no toaster, bed was very average/ hard Took all of the two days to find the remote for the a/c which was hidden behind the curtains/ blinds this place at the time of rewiew was like 6 weeks old, the furnishings are so very cheap

The room itself was clean but had a strange smell that wouldn't go away. The plates in the drawers had been put away sopping wet and were sitting in a puddle of mouldy water. The bed was poorly made and the mattress was like sleeping on concrete. I woke up each day with a head ache and had to purchase additional pillows to make it somewhat bearable. The check in staff member couldn't find my booking and argued with me about it. I had to bring up my booking confirmation on my phone before they could locate it.
