Invest the money and get the great room with the Sauna. Worth it for the space and views alone.

The peaceful lake views

Good value for money. Clean and friendly staff. Good views especially the lake side.

Clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location.

Our only issue with the room was because there wasnt any airconditioning so it needed a fan, as it was very warm.

This hotel is uphill from the station, but manageable even with a suitcase. It is a few steps from a fabulous bakery and cafe and 20 metres to the Monastery. There are also a few restaurants close by. Perfect location. Rooms are small but good enough. The "air conditioning" is heating not cooling! There is a luggage storage room if you get here earlier than check in time. Staff are very obliging.

We loved this hotel. Very elegant and right on the lake. Staff very nice and helpful.

Excellent experience , I will definitely come back

A really nice hotel, clean and tidy and well looked after. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others

It was our first time travelling to Switzerland from Australia and after much research we decided to stay at this hotel on lake lucerne. We prefer a quieter setting but love having access and possibilities near us for exploring without getting back on our motorbike. This location on the lake offered just that with better swimming areas, easy walking distance to ferry, train and cable car experiences. The possibilities of walking tracks were endless and options to enjoy the area were perfect....

Such a beautiful stay. Easy to get to from the train and bus station in Lucerne, just take bus 21 and it takes you straight to the front of the hotel. One of the only properties in Lucerne that is on the lake, we swam in the lake in front of the hotel… we will be back. Rooms were very well maintained and clean.

What a lovely experience, l recommend travellers to Luzern stay out a bit this property was only 15 minutes by bus which is right out the front of this property. The young gentleman on arrival gave us some wonderful options to see as opposed to the tourist usual spots found on search sites. Lovely breakfast, wonderful view from our room no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but they give you hot water in an flask and cups so you can have a quiet tea or coffee enjoying the views from your...
