We welcome you to this spacious, well equipped 3 bedroom house, in a lovely location in the East side of Swindon.

Guests love the location - close to A419 and M4. There are lots of great pubs, local shops, restaurants, a supermarket and Greate Western Hospital, just a stone`s throw away.

There is also plenty of parking and full Wifi throughout the property.

Homington House has a living area with double sofa bed, kitchen and dining on the ground floor and bedrooms with 2 bathrooms between second and third floors, so perfect for a group up to 8 people. The kitchen is large and has all mod cons including a fridge/freezer, a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and dining table.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house comfortably sleeps 8 guests and the bedrooms are set up as follows:

Master Bedroom - 1 Double bed
Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds
Bedroom 3 - 1 double bed
Living area - 1 double sofa bed

Outside is a cute garden.

The whole house is available for your exclusive and private use.

Because we offer a self check-in service, we need to verify the identification of all our guests prior to sending out the check in instructions. This is to ensure that the guest has booked the accommodation using their correct name or the guest that is being appointed as lead guest matches the name on the ID, to ensure avoidance of fraudulent payments and adherence to our Terms & Conditions. This information is also required to comply with the Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972. Deposit is refunded after check-out, subject to property inspection as per our Terms & Conditions.
