Get cozy in this 3 bed/2 bath home nestled in a serene neighborhood. You'll have the entire property to enjoy with your family, friends and fur babies! Start your mornings by the front porch w panoramic mountain views & spend your evenings by the fire pit w grill on the back patio. There's an extra lounge room designed for rest, play or work. You'll be 10 mins to Black Mountain + Blue Ridge Parkway & 15 mins to downtown Asheville + Biltmore Estate.

Our home is designed with an open concept where you'll find the living room, dining space, kitchen, laundry and all three bedrooms [1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full Bed] on the main floor.

PLUS: The King-Sized bed in our Master bedroom is a Serta Bed!
You can customize your sleep from every angle with multiple comfort options controlled by a wireless remote. This bedroom also has en suite bathroom with complimentary basic toiletries and a walk in closet.

We provide complimentary high speed internet access [400 MBPS] with reliable WiFi connectivity throughout the property. The smart TV's are automatically logged in to Netflix and you're free to log in to your own streaming services with your personal accounts that will be logged out at check out.

Our kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave and dishwasher. In addition, you'll have air fryer, insta pot, Keurig coffee maker, basic kitchen amenities, cooking and baking supplies available for your convenience. Bringing more personal supplies is recommended for larger groups and longer stays.

You'll be able to use our washer and dryer inside the house as well.

BONUS: There is an extra fourth room on the lower level with only external access to the house where you can lounge, play or work. You can all enjoy game time with shuffleboard, board games, smart TV and a day bed.

We are pet friendly and your dog/s are welcome!
First pet is free and additional pets are welcome with extra fee that will go towards cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was easy to find and the view from the front porch was breathtaking. Kristine was very responsive and accommodating to all of my questions and concerns. The house had everything we needed. Great mountain house!

This is a great mountain house that is very clean and nicely decorated. Good location to Black Mountain and not too far from Asheville. Bedding is top notch. Nice touch with coffee supplies. Nice yard if you have your dog with you. Definitely recommend this spot. The only thing I would note is that the game room area with an extra bed is actually downstairs with an outside entrance only. Not a big deal and it’s nice - just worth knowing that ahead of time.

A Hidden Gem Between Asheville and Black Mountain!This rental exceeded all expectations! The attention to detail was truly impressive—from the high-quality trash bags and paper towels to the beautifully curated decorations and large TV that made relaxing indoors a treat. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with an Instant Pot and air fryer, making meal prep a breeze.Downstairs, the game room added an extra layer of fun, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Despite being in an area that was hit hard by last year’s storms, this home has been beautifully maintained and feels like a peaceful retreat. Cozy, comfortable, convenient and clean!

My husband and I had the privilege of staying at Bee Tree Haven for 4 nights in mid September. Communication with King and Kristine was fantastic - timely, clear, and informative. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. Although there are several steps at the front entrance, the only time we used them was at checkin and checkout. Bee Tree Haven is very cozy, comfortable and sparkling clean. We've rented over 50 homes while traveling, and found the furniture in the living area to be top notch. The beds were also comfortable with several choices of mattresses, depending on your preference. The kitchen had everything we needed, although we did not cook very much while there. If you plan on cooking during your stay, you may need to bring spices etc., as only salt and pepper are provided. We actually ended up staying at the house more than usual, due to some physical limitations and were so grateful for the comfortable furniture, wonderful assortment of cozy pillows and soft blankets, ideal temperature control, Netflix (!), etc. The location is very convenient between Maggie Valley and Asheville. We highly recommend Bee Tree Haven to anyone planning a visit to the area! Thanks for everything, King and Kristine!

This home was just what we needed. The host went above and beyond within the first hour due to me having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi. The king bed was phenomenal. I don't remember the name of it and it didn't adjust for firmness, but it had a zero gravity option which I used for the whole week. You could raise your head up independently and your feet up independently. It was delightful. Even though the water lines the ice maker broke while we were there and caused a teeny water problem, the caretaker was there in a matter of minutes to take care of the issue and turned off the water line. It's that kind of customer service that a traveler is looking for. It wasn't a problem that we didn't have ice we just went and bought ice. The decorations were out of a magazine; very well thought out. The other beds were comfortable too as well as the recliner and couch. The TV was huge! It was like you were right in the action. The host left a cookbook there from Magnolia and my daughter made us the chicken alfredo. It was so delicious! My only negative is that it was on a two-lane road with a double yellow line and the people driving that road go way too fast. We didn't feel like it was safe to walk our dogs on that road so we would go to a park and walk them. I would definitely return. The customer service from both the host and the caretaker was very assuring. We felt like we were in good hands. We also were so grateful to have found a place that allowed our dogs.

Forever our go to place in Asheville

Forever our go to place in Asheville, This place was wonderful. We have stayed at a few places in Asheville and none of them compared to our experience at the Bee tree cottage. From the first communication with Kristina, to the stay, to my final communication with Kristina the experience was top notch! The house is impeccably clean very inviting and Kristina and King have thought of every amenity. Including phone chargers in the main room and the bedrooms. The area was peaceful we grilled, made s’mores in the fire pit, and the view of the mountains from the front of the house was breathtaking. We also visited the Biltmore and it was easy travel to downtown Asheville. As stated before, we are hoping that this will always be our destination when we visit Asheville and highly recommend it to anyone else visiting Asheville. Thank you King and Kristina for being the amazing hosts that you are.
