  • A spacious timber bungalow on the Ballard Estate north of the town, situated on the cliff top, with stunning views over Swanage Bay towards Peveril Point, the Isle of Wight and Ballard Downs. The beach is a few minutes walk, reached via a pathway and steps down the cliff and accessed from the side of the bungalow.


    There is a local shop/newsagents five minutes from the property and the main shops in Swanage town centre are a twenty minute walk along the Seafront.


    Swanage Town is a traditional seaside location - with its sandy beaches and plentiful opportunities to indulge in the best local ice creams! Children and adults alike can enjoy spending hours exploring the rock pools by the Victorian Pier and roaming the paths at Durlston Country Park.


    Further afield you can spend the day taking in other local attractions such as the Sealife Centre at Weymouth, The Tank Museum at Bovington and Studland Beach. At the end of a busy day you can relax and plan the net days adventure.
