Good Location and Service! The Rest Left Wanting
The location was decent, right across from a boardwalk with a cat cafe and other cafes were nearby. They staff was prompt and services requested were prompt. However, the bedding (sheets and pillows) and supplied toiletries were of poor quality. The bedding was scratchy with uncomfortable pillows. The toiletries were cheap and left the skin dry and itchy. The price did not match expectations.

Close to moon bay
Pleasant enough , good location and good sized clean room . The lobby doesn’t really have much . Swimming pool is very nice , good size and nice lightning . Sauna was freezing cold . I would stay here again if wanted to be in that location

I’ll not stay at this Noveltel again
We stayed here for 3 nights, the checking receptionist was very cold and she had no smile to us, upon check out she only said “you are checked out”. The staffs are not trained to welcome you as a guest. The design and decoration are great, the bathroom smells bad, even with a glass door. all the bedding has a strong mildews smell. I don’t know if their housekeeper sanitize the toilet because it spreads the strong odor.

No issue with the hotel, everything was great. Room is spacious, the metro station entrance is just right next to the hotel. 5 to 8 mins walk to the Jin Ji Lake where you can enjoy great scenery, food and drinks.

The stay was comfortable and clean. I was there on a business trip, the location is very close to the downtown and the expo. Cool and calming walks at Jinji lake are also comfortable due to the hotel's proximity with the lake.

Well located and comfortable rooms.

Stayed in Novotel during off peak period (no International Exhibition in adjacent part of same building), Excellent, quiet & peaceful. After checking out, the International Exhibition started & hotel restaurants, lobby became a lot more hectic & over crowded. On the whole, good facilities, Underground Station just beside the hotel (50 metres).

Nice hotel, typical Mainland operation model
Asked for a non-smoking room, was given a non-smoking room. But the residents on the same floor smoked in the room and the whole balcony was full of cigarette smell. We couldn't enjoy the balcony. Though the hotel suggested to change us to another room on the same floor, we refused as we had too many luggage and it should not be us who had to leave, but the one who violated the rules should.

Everything is good except parking location is not clear after enquiry, toilet is not so good as water is stagnant after taking shower ... design flaw. So, bathroom is not so good condition with some black spots.

3 days in Suzhou
The hotel is alright, but it doesn't measure up to the usual Novotel standards. The room smelled of mold, and was very humid. The bed was very hard. The breakfast wasn't great, as there was only "machine" black coffee available. The cook cooked up a lot of eggs and bacon so it got cold.
