"We were fairly happy with our stay. It's not a luxury accommodation, but it's fairly comfortable and very spacious. I give a 4, because AC was not working when we arrived. We contacted the support line at 10pm and they gave us some instructions to make it work for a little bit. They fixed it, but it took two days. We were right in susukino district during street festival. That was great!"
