Fantastic Family Holiday!We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt really homely and welcoming.The pool was a big highlight—clean, warm, and perfect for both kids and adults. We spent hours in it every day!The location is great too. There's a beautiful beach nearby, a duck pond with a great playground, and lovely spots to walk and explore. The kids loved feeding the ducks and playing outside. There were also football pitches close by, which was a real bonus. All in all, a brilliant place for a family break. We’d definitely come back!

Es ist ein liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus (inspiriert von Strand und Meer) hinter der Düne am langen Sandstrand. Der überdachte Pool und der Aussenbereich sind bei jedem Wetter nutzbar. Der Gastgeber kommuniziert hervorragend und kümmert sich sobald etwas nicht funktioniert. Surtainville ist sehr klein, es gibt keinen Supermarkt und kein Restaurant, nur eine Bäckerei. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Bettzeug und Handtücher müssen mitgebracht werden.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Absolut ruhig in einer Ferienhaussiedlung unweit vom Meer mit seinem kilometerlangen und breiten Sandstrand gelegen. Mitten im Juni war der Strand fast menschenleer. Wer Natur und Dünenlandschaft liebt, der ist hier richtig. Und nachdem man am Haus auch noch seinen eigenen beheizten Pool hat, kann man zwischen dem erfrischend kühlen Meer (16 Grad) und dem 28 Grad warmen Pool wechseln. Das Haus ist ausreichend für eine Familie mit Kindern (1Stockbett und ein Einzelbett), das Bett im SZ 1,40 m, also typisch französisch. Zwei Läden im Ort sind für den Tagesbedarf ausreichend und am Abend hat auch eine Bar mit kleinen Speisen geöffnet. Essen gehen wird schon schwieriger, da muss man mit dem Auto in Nachbarorte (7-15 km) fahren. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl, haben ausgedehnte Strandspaziergänge gemacht und uns gut erholt. Wir können es als Ruhepol empfehlen.

Schönes Ferienhaus in der Normandie

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes und vor allem gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Die Vermieter sprechen nur Französisch, ist aber mit Handyübersetzer überhaupt kein Problem. Interieur und Pool sind in einem guten gepflegten Zustand. Der in unmittelbarer nähe liegende Strand ist wunderschön und es gibt eine sehr gute Patisserie im Ort in der man auch die Dinge des täglichen Gebrauchs einkaufen kann.Für einen ruhigen Urlaub in einem schönen Haus mit unmittelbarer Strandnähe können wir das Haus und die Vermieter sehr empfehlen.

Perfekte Ferien / Des vacances parfaites

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus liegt nahe am wunderschönen fast menschenleeren Strand und die Landschaft um das Cap du Rozel ist sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und antworten schnell auf Fragen. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Nous avons passé des vacances fantastiques. La maison est proche de la belle plage presque déserte et le paysage autour du Cap du Rozel est très beau. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et répondent rapidement aux questions. Nous serions ravis de revenir à tout moment.

Nous avons passe une très bonne semaine dans cette maison très bien équipée et avons bien apprécié la piscine chauffée même au plus froid du mois de fevrier. Aangenaam verblijf, vriendelijke verhuurder

Gerieflijke woning die beantwoordde aan de beschrijving. Voor 4 personen net groot genoeg, voor meerdere personen waarschijnlijk te krap. Wij hadden een klein kind van 2 jaar oud mee, waarvoor alle benodigdheden aanwezig waren. Alleen zou een degelijke (stevige) matras voor het kinderbed wenselijk zijn. De aanwezige matras was hier veel te dun. De kleine en korte bedden zijn typisch Frans zeker? Iets minder tof om kort bij elkaar te liggen als het warm is... In de keuken zou een nog een kleine pan, platte ronde borden (I.p.v de rechte borden) en diepe (spaghetti)borden mogen bijgekocht worden. Privacy aan het zwembad zou wel beter mogen. Een melkglasfolie kan hier al volstaan om de inkijk van beide buren en langs de straatkant te verhinderen.

Ruhe und doch mittendrinn

Zum Standort: Ruhige Lage, nahe zu einem langen, Strand mit feinem Sand hinter den Dünen. Als Standort um die Halbinsel der Normandie vom Mt. Saint Michel über Cherbourg bis Bayeu (und darüberhinaus) zu erkunden sehr gut gelegen. Zur Unterkunft: Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die uns einen lieben Empfang bereitet haben. Zügige Übergabe am Anfang und am Ende. Sehr gut ausgestatteter Haushalt - und alles in bestem Zustand. Keine leeren Batterien in einer Fernbedienung etc. Ein traumhafter geheizter Pool zum Entspannen nach Tagesausflügen (überdacht bei jedem Wetter nutzbar). Gut ausgestattet auch für Familien mit Kindern (Spielplatz, Kinderräder …). Wirkliche Fremdsprachprobleme gibt es dank moderner Übersetzungstechnik keine. Für meine Frau und mich ein erholsamer und auch sehr interessanter Urlaub. Jeder Zeit wieder - und genau hier!

Une semaine parfaite !

Hôtes très sympathiques, avec un charmant petit cadeau dégustation à l'arrivée, pavillon très agréable et en tous points conforme à la description, calme absolu, propreté impeccable, lits très confortables, chambres suffisamment spacieuses, équipements parfaits (table de cuisson, hotte, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, sèche-linge comme neufs), piscine à une température idéale, vélos à disposition, serviettes de toilette et de piscine généreusement mises à disposition, plage absolument magnifique à deux pas de la maison, commerces proches, excursions nombreuses (le cap de Carteret est à couper le souffle !). Juste un petit bémol : une maison en vis-à-vis, même si elle n'est pas très proche. Cela ne nous a pas gêné le moins du monde, les voisins étant généralement absents et, de toute façon, très discrets, mais d'autres personnes pourraient être d'un avis différent. De notre point de vue (un couple avec deux adolescents de 14 et 16 ans et un intense besoin de repos pour toute la famille) : une semaine parfaite !

Un havre de paix à quelques minutes de la plage

Nous avons séjourné pendant une merveilleuse semaine en août 2018 dans cette ravissante maison. Tout est fait pour y passer un très bon séjour ! A votre arrivée M et Madame Saindrenan vous accueillent et vous expliquent le fonctionnement de la maison et de la piscine attenante. Un panier gourmand avec les spécialités de la région nous attendait. Une délicate attention des propriétaires, que nous remercions. Nous venions avec un petit enfant et nous avons été extrêmement rassurés, dès notre arrivée sur la sécurité de la maison et de sa piscine. Piscine avec volet roulant automatique, fenêtre avec verrou pour empêcher les enfants de se rendre à la piscine sans surveillance. La maison est très bien équipée, très calme, très propre. Le jardin est parfait pour amuser les enfants et la plage est à quelques minutes à pieds et / ou en voiture. Un petit commerce dans le centre de Surtainville, fait boulangerie / épicerie, et pourra vous aider pour vos courses à l’arrivée. Une adresse à conserver précieusement....Nous espérons y retourner prochainement !

Nous avons passés un très beau séjour la maison est très belle le confort est complet, la piscine avec une eau à 29 degrés fort sympathique, tout ce qu'il faut pour amuser et occuper les enfants, à quelques pas de la maison une superbe plage au calme un panorama sublime... Superbe vacances

Superbe pavillon, formidable pool, excellente localisation! The wide and wild beach from where you can enjoy marvellous sunsets is just a few minutes walk away. There are pretty good cycle paths in Surtainville and the region Normandie offers many places of interest. Many thanks to the friendly hosts, we will definitely visit france again.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Surtainville dans cette belle maison neuve avec tout le confort nécessaire et d'une propreté impeccable. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et pour le super panier garni avec lequel nous nous sommes bien régalés :) La piscine est ultra sécurisée pour les enfants et nos petites filles se sont bien amusées, sans oublier le bac à sable, les vélos, bref rien ne manque dans cette location proche de la mer et des magnifiques dunes. The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and there was everything that you required for your holiday, lots of nice little extra touches to make your holiday very enjoyable. The swimming pool was perfect, nice and warm even when it was cold outside. There was a long sandy beach a few minutes walk away. This area of France has some great beaches and lots of interesting places to visit.

ce gite est superbe, très propre, très fonctionnel, on se sent comme à la maison avec la piscine en plus c'est simplement royal, les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles et le petit cadeau de bienvenu est vraiment sympa, la région est très agréable et les habitants sont aussi très accueillants. en bref ne pas hésitez à louer. Que du bonheur!

La maison est située dans une rue tranquille, très proche de la mer. Elle est d'un style moderne et impeccable. La piscine avec son abri présente un grand + Sophie et à Frédéric sont des propriétaires sympas et disponibles. Je pense qu'on va revenir bientôt.

Nous avons passé la semaine de Noël dans cette maison où l'on se sent tout de suite chez soi. L'accueil du propriétaire est convivial et il sait se mettre en quatre pour satisfaire nos demandes de renseignement et pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable. Il y a aussi la délicate attention à l'arrivée qui est très appréciée. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, c'est sûr nous reviendrons !
