"An excellent property with large grounds which afford a degree of privacy for the guests. The rooms are quite big and there are 2 sets of bunls buds for children to stay. There is also an attached bungalow for adult kid/family members who may want a separate living arrangement while they are at the property. The fire pit is very useful - makes for a nice setting for a cosy time.Both the downstairs and upstairs set up has excellent unobstructed views of the ocean. Beautiful sunrise can be experienced from the rooms or the balcony - whichever takes your fancy. The enclosed yard is great for pets to roam around and play in a safe environment without worry. Overall a great find - quite close to Torquay and Bells Beach. We used it as a base to do the Great Ocean Drive as well on one of the days and it was not a stretch at all.Had a great time at the property. We were 8 adults and had our German Shepherd with us. Had no trouble at all and the host was quite prompt in their responses to queries as well.Overall a 5 star property. Highly recommended."

"My group and I had a fantastic time. It's well located, close to the center, lake, and beach. Very clean and comfortable. Just one minor issue: the water pressure in the showers is a bit low. Other than that, everything was fabulous. This is the second time we've rented from the same place. 7 out of 7!"

"The host George communicated well with us. There was everything we needed in the house. It was in a great location close to the shops and cafes and only at short drive to the beach. The yard was secure which was great for our French bulldog."
