"Pretty clean room. Good location, walkable to the beach. You’ll need a car to get into town. Walls/paint pretty worn, small bathroom, with only one roll of toilet paper for the couple of nights we were there; I couldn’t find any spare and we looked in all the cabinets. "The place was amazing. Truly, 150 yards from the beach. The pool was clean and big enough for several families to enjoy the pool at the same time.The only suggestion that I made during my midday check-in… Not a check-in, but really they check in with the Guest to see how your day is going, was that each room should have a broom and dustpan so you can sweep up the sand at the end of the day.Perfect place to stay and we will stay there if we were in surf city again."

"This house is AMAZING! The second floor has three of the bedrooms, with bathrooms, and laundry room. The third floor is the kitchen, living room, dining room, and one more bedroom with bathroom. The second and third floor decks have plenty of furniture and every bedroom and all of third floor has an ocean view. The house is pet friendly and has a small gated area for dogs to take care of business. The first floor of the deck and the third floor also have gates, so the pets can't get loose. The first floor deck has a hose to rinse the sand off. Private entrance to the beach. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, very well stocked, and serving plates/bowls for 20-24 people. Ceiling fans in every room. TV with lots of channels and streaming options. There are two covered parking spaces. I definitely recommend this house, we had a great week!"
