Older hotel

The hotel looks nice, after staying there it does show its age. Did have a few issues. First the water, or the lack of hot water to be more accurate. The hot water temperature was equivilant to slightly above room temperature. Great if you want to cool off, but dont expect a hot relaxing bath. Second was the mosquitos. The doors dont seal well and the hotel doesnt do and pest control. My room was always full of mosuitos even after spraying for them, the next day they are back. Found about 1/2 gap at top and bottom of the doors which allows mosquitos to come into room continuously. Last was the "free shuttle service to airport", there is a catch. Must be at least 5 guests before they will extend this curtoisy.

A wonderful hotel to discover the old glory!

We really liked this hotel. The condition of the bathroom was not good. The rooms need an renovation. It is wonderful to stay at this first 5 star Hotel from Solo. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT ROOMS ARE BIG And the breakfast is good. Specialy for that price!

さすが宮殿ホテル

宮殿ホテルだけあって毎晩民族音楽の演奏があります。ホテルは経年変化がありますが清潔に掃除がされ問題はありません。フロントもとても親切です。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったですよ。近くにはサテの美味しいレストランがあります。

コストパフォーマンスあります

さすが宮殿ホテル、夕方六時から八時迄ガムラン演奏がありました。とても雰囲気が出ていました。プールで泳ぎましたがあまり水は綺麗ではないかもしれません。コストパフォーマンスは充分にありました。近くにはサテの美味しいインドネシアレストランがあります。ホテルの朝食も種類が多くて二日滞在しましたが全種類は食べていません。

Horrible Hotel, Wonder how it got a 5.star rating

Rooms were old, mosquitoes in the room, Towels were dirty, there was no napkins, there was a hot water kettle, but no Coffee. Shower was broken. Some electricity switches were not functioning. Wonder how this hotel got a 5.star rating. Would not advice anyone to stay there.

古く落ち着いた雰囲気

ソロバラパン駅からベチャで20分程の所。宮殿のような古い落ち着いた佇まいだった。古い建物故にチェックインしてすぐドアの取っ手が壊れるハプニングがあり部屋を替えてもらった。室内金庫はなく貴重品はフロント預け。このホテルでは毎夜、結婚式があり見学でき貴重な体験ができた。この地域の格式のある有名ホテルらしい。ウエルカムドリンクがあり、また含まれている朝食も種類が豊富で申し分なくおいしかった。ただスーパーが近くに無かった。チェックアウト後に駅まで車で無料送りして頂き助かった。総じて従業員のサービスも親切で満足した。

Confusing name, poor fittings and loud music

There is more than one hotel with Kusuma in the name and taxi driver got it wrong. Sahid Kusuma has "Prince" in its name.There was a sign at the check-in that said hotel had been renovated in 2008 but we found that various fittings in our room looked in very poor condition, in need of replacement or in need of a coat of paint. Worse still, the bathroom flooded after a shower. The music from the karaoke lounge was very loud even at midnight. And the sound system at the pool outside the room started playing at 6 am. On departure, the check-in staff did not offer the free ride to the airport until we spotted a sign about this service. Driver also did not help with our bags. However, the room was very spacious, hotel looked great from the outside and location near the kraton great.
