The outstanding good feature of this hotel is its proximity to the Paragon Mall through a connecting door from the hotel lobby. The hotel itself is not overly expensive for the room and breakfast option and the food selection is quite good. I was travelling with my two children and they liked it. However, the property itself is quite tired, but made worse by the problem experienced by hotels across a lot Indonesia, that being: Hardly any simple maintenance! For example, the shower heads could be cleaned of rust, thereby increasing the water flow on what in already a very low water pressure. Hot water runs out after about 5 minutes of showering. The pool is a main attraction for the property but is poorly maintained with the step ladder the pool not screwed in and feels flimsy. The "Kids Club" is filled with broken toys that look like they were picked up from the street, and the playground feels like an afterthought with some rusty old equipment. The hotel management could walk 100 meters TO THE MALL and spend about 10 USD on some toys and it would already be a drastic improvement. My point is, that for not much investment, the hotel could do small things to make the stay a lot more enjoyable. Please stop being so stingy Hotel Management!

一階が工事中で朝食が食事が取れなかったのは残念だった プールや事務は素晴らしい 歩いて5分でとなりに大きなショピングセンターがあり、買い物・食事（夜2200まで）にはとても便利なローケーション、町の中心地まではタクシーで20-30分かかる

A hotel good for genuine relaxation

Absolutely relaxing with lots of food choices nearby. Love the swimming pool, the gym and the staff, who always greet guest with a sincere smile. Livia at the reception was the most helpful from the point of check-in. The restaurant manager was a sport. A wonderful hotel experience! Will definitely return for another stay.

Too far and too old

This hotel is quite old and far from the station. If u want to go out or go back to the hotel at night, taxi or walking is the only choice. We always walked back to the hotel and felt very cold during dinner. This is the drawback.

convenient loacation

we stayed there 3 nights for a short vacation. the hotel was in conjunction with a shopping mall which was very convenient for a family with 2 toddlers. on the first day, my sons were sick, it was so convenient that it is located in the middle of the city and one of the city's best pediatricians was located just around the corner. very convenient.. overall, my husband and I are satisfied with the hotel.

Comfortable hotel for families

I have stayed at the Paragon three times with my family and we love it. If you have small children, the suite that has two rooms is really wonderful. The pool is very clean and pleasant and the fact that you need only walk down the hall to go to the Paragon Mall with all of the stores/restaurants/cinema attached is a real benefit. The staff is wonderful and the beds are so comfortable. The only negative for me is that breakfast at the hotel is very expensive but hardly anyplace else around is open before 10am to provide another option. We buy breakfast foods at Carrefour in the mall next door and eat in our room instead.

ホテルは大型モールに直結している大型ホテルでした。 部屋はソファの部屋とベッドの部屋と2つに分かれており、大変広かったです。 シャワーが若干勢いがありませんでしたが、お湯もしっかりでますし、800円ほどで食べられる朝食は種類が多くて大変満足でした。 王宮等の観光地へは大変近く、空港へも1時間かからないくらいだったので、大変利用しやすいホテルでした。 ホテルスタッフは英語も堪能で何不自由なく利用できました。

dusty air conditioning,blocked bathroom drains

stay at this hotel on weekend,they have loud music going till after midnight,so you had better ask for room at 20 something floor.(mine was at 9) And make sure to check the air conditioning filter to see how thick the dust (mine was thick that the engineering had to pull and clean it) After that,you have to check the bathroom drain as mine was blocked,so i have to take a bath with water rising on the floor. they also have old sofa on deluxe room,make sure to ask engineering to open the window to get fresh air the good thing about the room is the big window,and they can be open to get fresh air

モスクの音が凄いですが・・・

仕事でパラゴンをよく利用しています。私は女性なのでシャワーの水圧が弱いのが気になります。また朝のモスクの音がかなりうるさいです。宗教上のことなので仕方ないですが。

とても良いホテルです

大きなショッピングモール(AM10:00〜PM10:00)に直結していてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。そこでビールも買えます。 部屋は見晴らしが良く清潔です。 プールサイドのバーが雰囲気があって素敵です。朝食も美味しいです。 Wi-Fiも快適です。 個人的にはシャワーのヘッドが上部くくりつけタイプなのがちょっと不便ですがそれ以外は何も問題ありません。 セキュリティがしっかりしていて、自分の階にしかエレベーターが止まらないので、階の違う友達の部屋に直接行くことはできません。 タクシーのチャーターは1時間65000ルピアで便利かつ安全です。 また利用します。ありがとうございました。
