Dear Dee Thank you very much for your review. We are apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. We have several price plans for our guest to choose. For guest who want to have breakfast included there's a All in Package rate plan. For guest who don't want to have breakfast, we have Room Only rate plan. And for the laundry we believe it is a common practice in most hotel to charge additional charge for laundry, since not all guest want to laundry so we can not burden laundry cost to all guest. Yes we are located near to train station, it is an advantage for guest since they can get transportation easily. Trains always pass at slow speed because they always have to reduce speed near the station, so they come with slow speed and create almost no vibration, much weaker compare to train which pass at high speed. But we deeply apologize that you feel the vibration is still sensible to you. We hope that we can serve you better in your next visit. Thank you very much.
