"Everything was clean, open and spacious, staff worked hard and was very helpful and kind, especially the gentleman that was handling luggage and valet.
Our waittress at Edwin went above and beyond to make our experience great and even offered to take us down to the Canary despite telling us that it was only open for event only.
Emily was so kind and decided to keep the bar open for us to celebrate my friends birthday and served us 2 rounds of drinks. She really didn't have to work later just for us but not only she do so, she was very knowledgeable and friendly and really made our night that much more memorable.
I have one complaint that I do not like being blindsided when businesses aren't up front with charges. We were parked to check in and one of the workers just shuffled us to move forward with valet and I wasn't sure if it was a part of the service or how much etc. until we checked in and I asked the front desk who then gave up parking options. We opted in with valet but if I had not asked, I would not have known about the $55 valet charge.
Secondly, after I checked out, I got charged $45 for use of amenities when we didn't utilize any of it. To check out and leave feeling blindsided by that fee was upsetting.
Overall, our experience was positive. Great location, the shuttle was convenient to take us into town but it was such a short walk and completely safe to do, and we were accessible to food and shops.

Bee Line Escape: Ski-in/out, Golf, Private Hot Tub, Elevator, Sauna

"We had a wonderful experience at this house, especially with our kiddos! The foosball, ping pong, arcade games, piano, and giant projector TV kept our kids occupied when we were not on the slopes. The house is beautiful and extremely tech savy, and it was difficult to control the temperatures in bedrooms. It's listed as ski in/out. There is a cat-track that is maintained outside the back door but there is a good amount of poling and walking required to get to the Super B lift. A house is currently being built right next door that they are doing excavating work for. This is directly adjacent to the hot tub. Again, I would absolutely stay here again, especially with multiple families and kids. "
"The property was quite dated. When we booked, we didn't realize that the property was managed by Vacasa. They communicated through email. The instructions were sufficient, but it would have been nice to interact with a real person. The location was convenient, but the property was not very nice."
