The Location - This stylishly refurbished Noosa waterfront holiday property is in one of the best positions in Noosa. North facing and less than 5 minute walk to Hastings Street, the location of this property is considered to be absolute prime.

The Unit - Consisting of four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a powder room, this home is perfect for families or couples and has your every need catered for with its well-appointed kitchen, living and outdoor entertaining area.

The house is fenced from the waterfront and the gardens are beautifully landscaped making a barbecue in the courtyard a very appealing alternative to dining in one of Hastings Street's fabulous restaurants. Location, location, location - the best.

Rooms have 2 Queens, 3 Singles and can accommodate 7 persons. A non-smoking home with full kitchen facilities that includes a dishwasher, a Russell Hobbs AirFryer & a microwave. There is also full Laundry Facilities.

Enjoy entertainment with TV, CD player, DVD & Foxtel, plus a Free wifi and Phone (with Incoming Calls Only) . This fully screened house offers comfort with a reverse Cycle Air Conditioning (in Living Area only) and ceiling fans.

Outside of the house is a sandy Beach but no pool. There is an undercover Parking for 2 Cars.

Note: This property is strictly a non-smoking environment and prohibits weddings, functions, parties or schoolies - If this policy is breached you will face immediate eviction and all funds paid will be forfeited.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a perfect location. A short stroll to the Hastings street shops and all they have to offer. With the ferry stop at our doorstep as well we could get around very easily. The house had everything we needed and with our own little beach out the back it was a little piece of heaven. We have already booked again for next year and would thoroughly recommend this place as an ideal holiday destination.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location family home. Needs a good pest control due to spiders, ants, bugs etc. The clean was very satisfactory- outside area was not cleaned at all, we had to hose it down on the day to remove first/ sand/ table stains etc Skirtings and windows aorund house were very grubby, lots of dust and insects, tracks need a good clean. Bath mats were missing so a tad annoying having to give up extra towels to dry the floors.Bins were not emptied the day before we arrived and thus we had not much room for our own rubbish, then received a call after our stay from the property unhappy that there was rubbish in the incorrect bins... not from us but from the previous tenants. Accomodation company was hard to get a hold of someone who could help in regards to the property. We would always be reverted interstate and be told someone would call us back or given an extension that would go to voicemail. Overall the property is fantastic location and the property although is old was comfy and great layout to accomodate 2 families. The property could do with a refresh, could be kept in better condition with a good deep clean and pest control. We would stay again if these things were met and up to date to have a more enjoyable stay.
