**** Please note we operate our apartment as private hosts. As a result the services of the Noosa International Resort Reception Staff are not available. All communication/assistance during your stay must be directed to us as your hosts****. MAINTENANCE UPGRADE WORKS

We are very excited to advise guests that our smaller Garden Pool will be undergoing a cosmetic upgrade commencing on the 19th June, 2023 and is expected to be completed by the 19th September, 2023.

These works are cosmetic but will ensure that the resort is maintained at a high standard and that all our guests have a great experience whilst staying with us.

During this short period guests will of course still have full access to our wonderful main heated larger Lagoon Pool which will remain open.

Girls week
Well equipped 2 bedroom apartment on ground floor with quiet and private corner position. Lovely decor good location close to shops and restaurants in Noosa Heads. An easy 10 minute walk to Hastings Street but uphill coming back. Easy check in and good communication with hosts. Great if you’ve got young children as plenty of kids toys and a pusher in 2nd bedroom wardrobe but not good for space if you haven’t. Only downfall it rained most of the week but still had a wonderful stay.

Great location
The location is between Main Beach with shops and restaurants and also Sun Shine Beach Road which also has plenty of restaurants. Both places about a 20 minute walk up and down hills with a nice shady board walk to Main Beach. Accommodation very clean with everything you need for a few nights. It has a nice outside seating area with plenty of shade. The apartment complex does have steps so it’s not the most user friendly if you have heavy suitcases as both routes involve steps. Great to have two bathrooms and one bedroom with single beds worked perfectly for us.

Best Stay of our holiday!
We just loved this property. The hosts are actually hospitable! Excellent position, lovely gardens and pools. The unit was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything to make our stay comfortable. Our 2 year old was was provided with a cot, stroller and a box of toys. The attention to detail was extradeniry. We will be back!!

Lovely place to stay in Noosa
We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. Located on the bottom level, with access to the pool right out the front. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Everything you need to cook and eat in, if that's your thing. It is also located between, and just a short walk from, Hastings Street and Sunshine Beach drive which have an abundance of restaurants. The resort has great facilities and is very clean. With 2 pools and 3 spas to chose from and a well equipped gym. Dave was a great communicator and provided us with thorough instructions for check in and out. Thank you Dave for having us! We hope to be back soon 😊

Rude and unsupportive owners, I would never speak to my guests that way. Accommodation pleasant but ducted system noisy and lots of noise from next door carpark especially at night. Not flexible for families.

Perfect Winter Escape
The property and location were way beyond expectations - I couldn't recommend highly enough. Communication was great from the outset - really welcoming, and super clear directions. The apartment itself was perfect for me and my 3 kids. Quiet, clean, super comfortable beds, separate balcony areas for some time-out. Add the pool, spa, and the fact it's within a really short walk from the supermarket, shops and cafes, and you have the perfect getaway. Beach is a 5 minute drive or 15min walk - Noosa is also a great starting point for a Glasshouse Mountains or Rainbow Beach/Fraser Island day trip. Dave and Tracey were so warm and welcoming without being at all intrusive. We will definitely be back.
