"Beautiful location and most everything you need to enjoy your stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat. For those looking for ADA info, it is only 1 set of stairs, not 3 as you would assume for a 3rd floor, but the treds are a bit rounded. Also, the step out of both the tub and shower is a BIG step down without grab bars. Many of the pillows are down feather for those who care. Sally was wonderful about ensuring that the place was clear of strong chemicals before we arrived. Thanks, Sally"

"We brought our family to stay during the holiday break and had an amazing time! The house has everything you could need, is very clean and is a great space for a family to spend time together but also stay out of each other's hair. The beach is gorgeous and literally steps away. It is a relatively unpopulated beach so no crowds to worry about. An unexpected highlight included the games and puzzles available at the house. My teenagers spent most of their time puzzling and taking walks on the beach - so nice to see them off their phones! One more highlight, the beds were SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend for a family vacation or friend's weekend away. "

"Stayed with our 2 adult sons and my aging parents. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and prepping Thanksgiving sides for our Friendsgiving celebration in Watsonville. Access to the beach was perfect. Plenty of parking. Other occupants super friendly. Condo was clean. Beds were a little soft. Master bedroom was amazing. Second bedroom a bit crowded and the bathroom off second bedroom a bit small but my adult sons are big men. It’s all good. Would go back in a heartbeat. 4 people is ideal. I’d go back with our 6 in a second. Pajaro dunes are perfect if you want to escape the crowded beaches of Aptos, Santa Cruz, Monterey etc. beautiful walking paths Loved it!!"

"The house was amazing, with a fully stocked kitchen! Also fully stocked for a beach day! A perfect location, protected from afternoon beezes, and the perfect deck to watch the sunset! Maria was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. Would whole heartedly recommend and will definately stay again when I'm in that area! Than you. Maria, for an amazing vacation!"

"This simple cottage was very clean and comfortable (and accessible for our senior family member!) The views were lovely and it was great to sleep to the sounds of the waves at night."

"Check-in was great. The view is spectacular. Wonderful place to stay. Only suggestion is to replace the coffee maker. It takes over an hour to make a pot and by then the coffee was bitter. I would definitely bring my own next time. Two Teflon frying pans need replacing, Pbly best to not use them as the feflon is disintegrating. But overall it’s a very relaxing and restorative place to stay."
