"Very nice place, peaceful, quiet place (looks quite new at the time of writing - May 2015). Room was clean, somebody even cared enough to add descriptions to light switches so you know which switch does what, there was a water dispenser in the living room and a movie available to watch. "Loved EVERYTHING about this resort!! We went for our honeymoon! We checked in late (around 8pm), but the staff were still so energized, enthusiastic, and welcoming. Indonesia is super hot and humid, and they gave us this tamarind drink that was very refreshing. They upgraded our room, gave us 2 free drinks and appetizers, and had dessert waiting for us in our room. The room was beautifully decorated and super clean. We drink a lot of water, and they ALWAYS replenished the water bottles in our room. Every single staff member was so sweet and so kind. Especially the concierge Perdi, who was INCREDIBLY helpful throughout our stay. He helped us with our luggages to the 4th floor (no elevator), gave us contacts for drivers, snorkeling tour guides, and much more. The beach was nice, the pool was even better! Very family-friendly but also had a swim-up bar. Bartenders and servers were super attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus was amazing. I loved trying all the Indonesian cuisine, and my husband loved that they also had western options. Lastly, the property was very well maintained. The coconut trees, all the beautiful flowers, geckos, baby sea turtles, and butterflies all felt very authentically Indonesian. We had the BEST time and cant wait to come back! "
