The hotel has a great location if you want to walk and explore. Very close to the Bellagio and Paris and an easy walk to New York New York. Downfall of Planet Hollywood is there check in takes forever. The kiosks are working for check in even though you constantly get emails to use them. Even at 11pm at night we stood in line for approximately an hour. Then they tried changing our room to ahandocap room with 2 queen beds, not being what we booked. Their first response was well read the fine print we can change your room. After a short conversation that was fixed and we were even given a voucher to use at one of the restaurants on property.
