"We were in the family room (Room 1) on the first floor. We loved it! The room was very clean and very comfortable with a view of the bay from the living room windows, there are dolphins swimming by on a regular basis, and beautiful Sunset Beach is literally a block away. There were only two downsides I can think of: (1) the pool is very nice but is strictly for lounging---it's not big enough for lap swimming, and (2) the closest place to get a coffee or food is a 20 minute walk. (1) wasn't a big deal since we could swim in the ocean, and (2) wasn't a big deal because we rented a car and there are tons of great restaurants and coffee shops within a short drive. But I think it's fair to say that if you plan to stay here, having a car is necessary. In any case, we hope to stay here again the next time we visit the area!"

"This property was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The unit itself was spotless and stocked with everything you could imagine, from boogie boards and coolers to games. The view is absolutely beautiful and all of the neighbors were so kind. One even let us borrow aloe after we got a bad sunburn.We were welcomed to the property with snacks and water waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The best part of this rental, though, was the hosts. I needed a travel accommodation that honestly wasn’t a small ask, and he went out of his way to make it work for me. He also checked in multiple times throughout our stay and gave us recommendations for local bars and restaurants. That ended up being another highlight of the trip because the places he suggested were awesome.If I am ever back in the area I will definitely be staying here again."
