Gulf Spray is a Unique Bohemian Style Community located at the South End of Sunset Beach with 5 Small Detached Buildings with courtyards & Gardens scattered throughout the community.

We are offering this One Bedroom apartment, Corner Unit with Amazing Direct Views of the Gulf of Mexico from your Balcony, Living Room & Kitchen. Immaculate, comfortable condo features awesome views, tile flooring, granite counters, white cabinetry, upgraded shutters & a cheerful palette throughout. Enjoy the Gulf Breeze & the Setting Sun from the comfort of ocean view living.

Located on the highly desirable south end of Sunset Beach close to the best amenities Sunset Beach has to offer including the beach to bay Boardwalk, Picturesque Rock Jetty, Pavilion, Park & Playground and Boat ramp. Walk the beach to local restaurants & watering holes.

NOTE AS OF JANUARY 2025:
We would like to inform you that our area was significantly impacted by a hurricane this past November. While our apartment on the second floor was not affected, the ground floor units experienced damage. Each apartment in the building has its own individual owner, and repairs are the responsibility of each unit’s owner.

As a result, the surrounding area is still in the process of recovery, and you may notice some debris while the town works to clean and rebuild. We understand that this may temporarily affect the overall appearance of the area, but rest assured, efforts are ongoing.

We are doing our best to move forward and minimize any financial loss by keeping our wonderful vacation getaway open for guests, especially since the apartment itself remains a great space for your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and support during this time.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Quick birthday getaway

Eric's place was the perfect unit for our needs. It was clean and well equipped. Communication was easy and Eric replied within a reasonable time. We would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful view!

Location and view was great! Smaller unit but was perfect for our family of 4. Great amenities included with the stay. Couple of the beach chairs are a little rusty but still worked well. Steps away from the beach. Listing was pretty accurate—To no one’s fault, a hurricane happened last fall and some damage and broken things around the whole property and some things weren’t available but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again!

Overall enjoyed our stay, loved the location for the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and towels could use an update, as they didn’t represent what was in the listing picture. A better detailed description of parking could have been helpful. Also the couch in the condo was very dirty and could use an upgrade. It served our purpose for a short trip.

Perfect Stay

Place was exactly as advertised and maybe even better. Location in a quieter area of the beach town, but still easy drive about a mile to everything you could need. This will be the first place we check to see if it’s available when we return to this area. Dog beach two blocks away, and beach view from patio with beach right across the street. Neighbors were all very friendly. Great stay can’t wait to return someday.

Very, very close to a beautiful and clean beach. The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained. Supplies and beach stuff was thoughtfully provided (except for the broken beach umbrella, which I believe was probably replaced quickly). I want to go back!!!

Great view, great location!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood at the end of the peninsula that is literal steps away from the beach. Property was clean with cute decor. Beds were comfy and had fresh, soft sheets and bedding. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots n pans etc. Will check availability next time we’re in Florida. Great host, answered all our questions and super helpful :)

Lovely! We can’t wait to return.

My husband, French Bulldog and I stayed for a long weekend and just loved this beautiful condo. Sunset Beach is our favorite vacation spot, and we have definitely found our new favorite place to stay. Very clean (we loved the Treasure Island themed bathroom!), comfy bed, everything we needed from beach supplies to kitchen items. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can’t get any closer to the beautiful beach! Eric was very helpful, responsive and kind. We can’t wait to return for our next visit, thank you!!

Great Location and view

Great, albeit small, place to stay for the beach. If spending lots of time inside, it's a bit tight for multiple adults (and with pets), but overall its a nice stay. The apartment is starting to show its age a bit (slow draining bathroom sink, broken front door threshold, etc.) but nothing that would deter from the location and quiet of the place. Lots of beach amenities available like wagon, umbrella, chairs, etc. Fast internet and lots of TV apps for streaming. Kitchen is well-equipped as well. Highly recommend this place.

Great Getaway

The host Eric was wonderful. He communicated with us during the hurricane to let us know if it was safe to come. All was cleaned up and perfect when we arrived. The place is quaint and cute. Everything he details in his listing is true. Two perks Id like to add add is 1. the beach is very accessible, such a quick and easy walk to the shoreline. 2. This building is shared with really kind and friendly people who all spoke and chatted with us. We will definitely be back, thanks alot for a great rental.

Beautiful View

The view is beautiful from the front porch. It is a small unit, okay for a short amount of time, but not sure more than 2 people could stay and be comfortable. We did have to buy beach chairs due to the ones shown on the listing were not what was there. We tried to use what was left, but both of our backs hurt after an hour of using. Owner said the previous guest broke them and the new ones would be there Monday or Tuesday, that did not help us so $100 later. We did leave since we flew down.

This was our second stay at this lovely condo, which has become our very favorite getaway spot. The location is an absolute gem, being directly across the street from the beach and in a beautiful quiet neighborhood toward the end of the key. We appreciate the condo being dog-friendly so that we can bring our pup, and the condo itself is so clean and comfortable with pretty coastal decor (I love the dolphin greeting you at the entrance and the Treasure Island themed bathroom, so fun!) We could have easily sat on the balcony all week just watching the ocean for manatees and dolphins. We can’t wait for our next stay, and thank you for another perfect trip!!
