"Convenient located near the beach. Our room was spacious with great amenities like a kitchenette, couch, little table and huge TV. They provide all that you need for a day at the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler etc. it made a day at the beadb so fun and easy. Randy is helpful and super friendly. Highly recommend. "

"Host was very helpful w some of the technology around TV usage and acknowledged instructions were to be updated since they had a new provider. We were there during Super Bowl and Olympics and host graciously added the Peacock app so we could enjoy the Olympics. That is the extra mile. Hendrick was really a super host. The hot tub is huge and was a welcome retreat especially because it was cool during our stay. House is generally well stocked. Could use a few travel mugs. If we had young children this would be an amazing place. Super kid friendly w gates on all the stairs. Two kid bedrooms room painted w murals, kid size tables and chairs, lots of books, games, crayons etc. Portable cribs. Really a perfect and super thoughtful set up for families. Beach is a super short walk from a friendly and safe neighborhood. Chairs, wagon, umbrella and toys provided. The house is vertical so folks w mobility issues might have trouble w 3 sets of stairs to get to master bedroom and one kid’s room. Or two sets to get to main living level and 3 main bedrooms. Otherwise, for most families, this is a wonderful house w wonderful and attentive but not intrusive host! "
