"The staff friendliness was tops. Randy gave us an anti-itch wipe when hubby got a mosquito bite and offered bug spray for free. Pool towels, bikes and beach gear all available free for use. Parking is free too. Lots of eateries and bars within walking distance. Pool was clean with pool toys to use. Would recommend!"

"Location, proximity to the beach and the view was excellent. Communication with Resort Rentals was very good, everyone we spoke to was pleasant, very helpful & responsive. The main reason I can’t give high reviews on the property is due to a few things that could be easily remedied. The instructions for the door lock were more than putting in a code & the door locks were loose & heavily salt damaged so it took a few times to figure out the “trick” to getting the door open. The outside(steps, deck and exterior of the house) needs some tlc. It serves its purpose but doesn’t look very nice. When we arrived, one of the beds was broken & when I called they said they knew about that but thought maintenance fixed it. Maintenance came back right away and said it will be okay we’ll fix it after you leave. One of our group chose to sleep on the sofa instead of chancing sleeping on a broken bed frame and having it collapse under her during the night. Again these things could be easily fixed & this little cutie barn shaped house would be great! The only other thing was there are no beach chairs provided, only two janky umbrellas & a beach mat for a house that “sleeps 10”. We had to scramble around and find a local service to get chairs and umbrellas for our group of 5. So again, based on what we paid for a 3 night stay I can’t give a five star rating. I hope they fix these issues because it’s got great potential!"
