"clean room nice breakfast"

"Room dirty. Bed saggy and very uncomfortable. Breakfast was advertised but was minimal. No coffee pot in room. Towels mismatched and worn. Pool was hard to access and despite the sign that said it opened at 6:00 AM. I was told it really didn’t open until 7:00 which made it impossible for me to use. Worst was the manager Gina Treat. She treated me very rudely. All other staff were pleasant and tried hard to be helpful. I wish I had their names. It must be difficult to work with a mean manager in a sub standard facility. I will not ever stay at a Wyndam hotel again. This one was rated as 3 star on Expedia but was more of a 1."

"We stayed in room 205. The showerhead needs to be replaced. It only drips the water. Breakfast was not real good, but OK."

"Older property. Was probably great when it opened. Worn not too dirty. Staff was great. Elevator broke from the minute I stepped off until the minute I left. It was kind of noisy, Near a busy street and noise upstairs until 4:00. It wasn’t them fixing the elevator. But the cheapest decent place close to town."

"There was a decent restaurant in the hotel. I had a gas fireplace in my room. Rooms were decorated in different themes. Mine was Egyptian. Shower pressure was good. Towels thick. Bathrobes to borrow. Keurig for in-room coffee. Complimentary water in lobby and in the room. A little balcony. "

"The toilet had a broken part and would run water every 20-30 seconds, the sink was clogged and back up with all sorts of different stuff. It’s right next to a waiting spot for people picking up people from the airport and uber drivers. It seemed very sketchy since I saw cops patrolling almost every night. It obviously under new management or ownership. The cards are old and use magnetic strips, if you keep the key card in your pocket with your phone you’ll need to go back up front to get it fixed… it happened every day I was there, so annoying and outdated."

"We were very pleased with all aspects of of the hotel. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and would choose the Renegade Hotel again for any occasion. Congratulations on employees on all levels."
