"It would have been useful to have poop bags in dog potty area, it was empty so people weren't picking up after their dogs. I was there 3 nights and they never checked to see if I needed clean towels or if my room needed freshening up. Other than that the room was very clean with comfortable beds with large pillows! Great breakfast options."

"It was a clean and fresh hotel with live music in the lobby. However our room was several buildings down, no elevator. Confusing and needed a map to find my way around. It looked like the buildings joined by a hall way but they didn’t, we had to walk outside to the pool 2 buildings away, not ideal. My bed was made with all the blankets sideways. The complimentary buffet breakfast had a limit with required tip. It was nice, clean, with a balcony and a nice view of the river. We walked the path in the morning and evening. Had several restaurants to choose from. "

"This was one of the worse stays I’ve ever had for starters we get there and they give us a room we go to it and there was already a guest in it, we go back to the desk and they are scrambling I got the feeling that I wasn’t even going to get a room. Did however end up with a room that was not great at all the tv didn’t work the beds are metal forms with 8 legs and not strong at all I’m 6’4” and about 250 I didn’t think I was gonna make it thru the night. There was not enough parking for the guest we got back to the hotel about 10:30 at night and had to park out of the parking lot to be able to park. There was garbage can in the room no nightstand. The smoke alarm was literally sitting on the counter. We literally paid $200 to sleep on a metal frame in a basement. 0/10"

"This property is horrible. It’s filthy, damaged, and all around disgusting. The one desk person on an extremely busy weekend was nice enough."

"Room seemed nice enough when we entered. However when it came to the main purpose for getting a hotel room--getting a restful sleep after a hard day of travel--this place completely fails. First we chose this hotel partly for the on-site restaurant and bar, but the restaurant closed at 9, and the bar closed at 10, so we had to go somewhere else. Useless. The worst though is the sleep experience, or rather the experience of not sleeping. First, their cheap shower soap gave my wife a rash. The mattress is only slightly more comfortable than sleeping on a hard floor. The sheets are the cheapest, roughest polyester sheets I've ever seen. I have eczema, so I got to sleep in my clothes to avoid my skin contacting these awful sheets as much as possible. Between that and the back killing mattress, I'm leaving this review instead of getting the sleep I really need right now. I'd have been unsatisfied with this room at half the price, but considering what we paid to stay here, it's truly egregious. I'll never stay at a Best Western again."

"The hotel was very clean. It had plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly. The complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby was nice to have access to as well. If in the area again, we will stay here."
