"The breakfast was nothing to brag about unless you love sugar, they had no raisin bran cereal only frosted flakes and lucky charms nothing for adults. Dogs barking constantly waking you up all times of night and early morning so if you are trying to get sleep do not stay here. I nearly got bitten by a dog in the growing when I opened our room door to go get some ice from the ice machine!"

"Everything was so nice and it definitely had a lot of room and privacy. Loved the kitchen and the dining room table. Also really liked the couch in the living room. The bed I slept in was exceptionally comfortable, as well. The shower was amazing and I was bummed I didn’t get to take a bath in the sweet tub. If I have to go back to Nampa in the future, I hope this is available. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotels.com advertised this property as having breakfast and a restaurant. One of the employees at the front desk said he’s worked there for three years. They have never had breakfast since he’s been there. There’s a restaurant building but no restaurant. When I went onto hotels.com, these were advertised. When I went onto Shilo Inn in Nampa website (after our trip), they did not advertise food. I actually thought when I was digging deeper before making the reservation that we were being connected with the Shilo Inn website. We were extremely disappointed with Hotels.com for not updating their hotel information because we made our reservations based on the information provided to us. The staff were amazing. They were very helpful, friendly, loved our dog. Our room was very clean. Parking was easy. Great Internet. We never made it to the indoor pool and spa. It look nice though. "

"Location to everything we were doing was ideal. Price for quality, not the best. As it wasn’t a deal breaker or a huge deal. To not have a tv, yet had WiFi? Taxes and fee, I would rate this as a 60 a night max place to sleep. Being requested to strip the bed, take out trash and do dishes? I understand to clean up after yourself for sure. To TELL me to do those things. Yet, nothing has been dusted in a minute, shower was not clean, carpet didn’t seem vacuumed. Just seems a bit hypocritical. Kitchen sink is stuck on its pressure washing setting. Heating and cooling unit worked but seemed to have a bad bearing or something. "

"Check in lady was very pleasant. However the room and hotel in general extremely shabby. Room smelled awful (after doggy odor) , carpets were filthy (doggy stains) , bed mattress had a million miles on it and shower didn’t work. Will definitely avoid in future "
