"I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?"

"Upon arrival ask about ice-only in room and would have to wait at least an hour but there were small bags of ice in there freezers which weren’t offered, until I asked. Recent surgery so needed ice. Requested to have a 1 hour late check-out but weren’t told there would be an extra charge. Free water was never offered upon checking but we saw the sign upon checkout, ask the hotel clerk for water and were told no, it was for guests checking in? The clerk just ignored us when I said we weren’t offered water upon check-in. For a 20 cent bottle of water. Never again never recommend!"
