"Clean rooms, 3 minute walk to boardwalk. Breakfast was satiating. Facility in good condition, water refill station. For a balcony you need to book with partial ocean view or better. Parking spaces in the garage were very tight. Staff was quiet, not the friendliest but not put you off either.I would recommend this hotel."

"The location and size of this property are fantastic! The house is located just a few minutes walk from the beach. There are two kitchens, both well-stocked with everything you need. We appreciated that there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The house is a bit dated, and some of the linens were old, but most everything was in working order (exceptions: some of the windows and blinds need updating). We really appreciated that this property is pet-friendly, which is a rarity. It allowed us to include our furry family member.The host was very responsive and communicated everything very clearly.
