"Our family loved this home (with one of my children remarking this was by far our best rental), it was spotless and well appointed with just about everything one could want from bikes and boards to ample towels for beach! The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pan, etc. for cooking a meal. I can't think of anything missing from this home. Steve was awesome, responded quickly and was thorough in his communication and provided stellar suggestions of where to eat, what to see, etc. The backyard hot tub was an added bonus after surfing and swimming (we rinsed first with a convenient outdoor shower). We fit in a nearby hike at Nisene Marks State Park and on our last day, Sunday, there was a wonderful farmer's market!And the location couldn't be beat!!! We walked the two or three blocks to ocean with our morning coffee to watch our sons surf, rode bikes around to explore other beaches and just wish we had more time here!!! I highly recommend! Would love to return!"

"Absolutely charming little cottage just a short walk up from the beach. The beach itself is great, though busy. Lots of places you can walk to, including a local beer garden, and Starbucks is less than a block away for morning coffee. Extremely clean, though the property is a little older. Very quaint. Parking is limited, but it wasn't a probelm during my stay. Would return."

"The house was spacious, clean and bright. All the beds were very comfortable and we all slept well in them. We could walk to Pleasure Point in minutes and enjoy a beautiful walking path along the ocean. Watching the surfers, seals and otters was delightful as was all the dogs being walked on the path. The host was very responsive with any inquiry we had which was much appreciated. The whole experience was wonderful from beginning to end!"

The host was very communicative, made check in very year, and sent helpful suggestions on what to do. The location is great, easy to step out the door in the morning and walk to the beach or along the coast. The grill worked well, the backyard patio was very nice, the hot tub was great. It was perfect. We'll be back!"
