"views were spectacular. Tallest building in Harbin with view of Ice and Snow Park, and Sun Island. Concierge had a long down top coat that he loaned me. All the staff was attntive and anxious to help."

The building was dirty and smeelly. No signs, no security regulations, elevators malfunctioning, everyone smoking all over the places, walls filtty and dirty. The room too smelly. It was too cold, that was the only reason I ended up staying. Didn't feel leaving the place to try to find another hotel. Breakfast was delivered in plastic bags. It was the worse experience ever. Don't understand how Expedia works with this type of hotels."
