The Boardwalk Inn

"The Boardwalk Inn was our home away from home for 6 nights. Lesley made our stay exceptional! Breakfast choices were well thought out and delicious! We enjoyed her infamous waffles, perfectly cooked poached and scrambled eggs and a muesli plate with Greek yogurt, homemade compote and fresh fruit. There were a variety of beverages offered along with muffins and dishes of cut up fresh fruit.
Lesley made some excellent suggestions for places to see and things to do — in particular the Highland Storm production. We were within a 10-15 minute walk to most local restaurants. The ice cream parlour up the street is not to be missed!
Our room — the king — offered a comfortable nightly sleep. There were robes in the closet with plenty of storage space. We had our personal coffee/tea station in our room and one outside of the room for all guests. We had a shared mini fridge, a plate filled with candy and other sweet treats.
It was a sad day when we left and we thank Lesley for welcoming us into her home. "
"Holman Suites is a fantastic place to stay! The second floor apartment has a kitchen (full refrigerator, toaster, toaster oven, hot plate, kettle & microwave…no oven)
The kitchen is well stocked.
There is a living room, bathroom and separate spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and wardrobe with lots of windows offering natural light.
It’s 2 blocks from the ocean and is above Holmans Ice Cream parlour…the ice cream is so yummy!

"I had a great stay here. My husband, kids and I spent the night while on a work trip. Check in was a breeze, and the gentleman at the desk was great. We couldn't find any parking and it was quite late - he walked outside with us to find a spot. I think that's my only negative comment - very limited parking. "
"A quick stop for an overnight. Very convenient. Only complaint was too few electric outlets. Could not plug in 2 phones and 2 iPads plus hearing aids because outlets were needed for A/C , fridge and lamps. But all in all a good stay. "
"Everything was very clean and new. The kids loved the pool. Bring your own pool towels if you can the ones provided are tiny. Plenty of free parking.Free hot breakfast in the morning was nice. "
